SADR: Network status adaptive QoS dynamic routing for satellite networks

Satellite network has the advantage of global coverage and simple access, so it is considered to be an important part of next generation Internet. In this paper, we propose a network status adaptive QoS dynamic routing algorithm for satellite networks, which is called SADR. It uses heuristic techniques to do the task of dynamic routes searching, routing tables updating and maintaining. In the condition of topology and network status changing, SADR can ensure the path in the routing tables to be alive and effective. SADR improves the heuristic algorithm to fit satellite network. In the end, the performances of end-to-end QoS status and delay are evaluated by simulations.
