The Model of Road Network Extension with Elastic Demands and Balanced Assignment its Algorithm

The capability of some links of the network is improved to optimize the capacity of the whole network.The bi-level-optimizing mathematic model is given to describe the problem of road network extension with elastic demands and balanced assignment,and the annealing simulation algorithm is given to calculate the model.The feasibility of the model is validated by calculating the example,which shows that this method is very good for application.
