Application of an Embedded System for the Car-Like Mobile Robot

In this paper, a fuzzy controller is implemented by an embedded system and applies to the wall-following control of a car-like mobile robot. First, we introduce a model of the car-like mobile robot. Next, we address the design scheme of fuzzy control. According to the expert, the fuzzy rules are constructed. Finally, the feasibility and robustness of the proposed controller are demonstrated by experimental results.
