LED lighting has a significant edge over the traditional incandescent lighting in terms of illuminating brightness, illuminating stability and energy consumption. However, if directly being applied to lamps and other illumination devices without undergoing optical processing, LED illumination chips can hardly give full play to its performance. Therefore, it is necessary to study secondary design of high-power LED with even illumination. Proceeding from illumination principles and characteristics of LED, this paper explores design of the projector to realize even illumination of the high-power LED. It is hoped that this research can provide theoretical references for LED lighting design.
