Technique for Improving the Performance of FSO Under Atmospheric Turbulence

Free space optics communication has remarkable importance and became an alternative to RF communication. But on the darker side, the performance of FSO degrades due to atmospheric turbulence and misalignment. In this paper we review, the technique by which we can reduce the multipath fading due to turbulent atmosphere. After analysis, the result shows that we can achieve good result up to 1.5 km under clear weather condition with SISO Binary polarization shift keying modulation technique.
