A Centralized Multilateral Matchmaking Transaction Method Based on the Ranking of Charge and Undercut Prices as well as Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Indexes

The transaction mode of direct power purchase based on the ranking of the charge and undercut prices of power generation corporations and power consumers may bring traders with different bidding price levels to the same initial bidding level.However,this mode can not directly consider the energy saving and emission reduction indexes as well as power transmission and distribution price restrictions.Based on the ranking results of this mode,the energy saving and emission reduction characteristics are considered comprehensively by giving different transaction priorities to the traders at the same price level to guarantee the transaction priorities of corporations and consumers with higher efficiencies.Meanwhile,the transmission and distribution price restrictions are included in the market clearing rules.Three strategies are designed to deal with the restriction violations:(1)if the pre-transaction price difference between power consumers and power generation corporations is less than the fixed transmission and distribution price,trade is not allowed;(2)if the pre-transaction price difference is less than the fixed transmission and distribution price,transaction prices are firstly modified to the fixed transmission and distribution price and then trade is allowed;(3)no matter whether the pre-transaction price difference is less or higher than the fixed transmission and distribution price,transaction and distribution prices are firstly modified to the fixed transmission and distribution price and then trade is allowed.Case studies show that the proposed method can protect the priority of the traders with high efficiencies and the benefits of intermediate agency,and can effectively promote the multi-wins within the generation,transmission,distribution,consumption and social environments.
