정보기술에 대한 사용자의 인지된 속성이 저항에 미치는 영향

When new IT is introduced into the Travel Agencies, resistances from the IT users will happen. This study examined the types of employees' resistance and the influencing factors, that is perceived attributes of IT, on their resistance. Also, the effect of those perceived attributes of IT on employees' resistance and moderating effect of employees' dispositions on their relations were investigated. The results of this study can be summarized as follow; (1) Perceived non-accessability in IT is significantly related to the employees' resistance. (2) IT utilization period and IT utilization duration in a day are partially related to the employees' resistance. (3) The research issue about moderating effect of user's disposition on the relationship between attributes of IT and the employees' resistance is partially supported.
