The vibration of upright in storage and retrieval machine(SRM)deserves to be concerned due to its high speed operation.The paper takes TD115 single-upright SRM developed by KSEC as an object to study the effects of acceleration magnitude and its change rate on the vibration magnitude of the SRM by means of MSC/Adams simulation software.The simulating analysis shows that the acceleration control way based on cubic acceleration curve can provide smooth acceleration to drive down the upright's vibration,Finally,it puts forwards the SRM control policy based on cubic acceleration curve.
