Self-criticism of the Pressure Shifts Model in Desetification Prevention and Control of Semiarid Grasslands in Northern China --Taking Balin Right Banner of Inner Mongolia as an Example

Taking Balin Right Banner of Inner Mongolia as an example,the author detailedly analysed several kinds of methods that chiefly adopted in the desertification prevention and control at present of northern semiarid grasslands in China,such as enclosure to prevent grazing,emigrant or immigrant for ecology,raising in enclosure and the small grass enclosed pasture.These methods all belong to "the pressure shifts model",and points out failure various shows.Then points out failure reason by analysing major reason and the fundamental contradiction of northern semiarid grasslands desertification of our country.On these grounds,the author puts forward the view to solve this issue with "the pressure shifts model" turns to "the model of stormed fortifications".
