Research on the Theme Feature Knowledge Base of Network Group Events

With the development of information society in China,various types of network group events have arisen with a lot of impacts on the Chinese society.This paper analyzes theme features of the network group events based on the dimensions of information,topic and process,and builds the network group events′knowledge base of topic features with semi-automated method.For the collecting topic knowledge by hand,we take its hierarchical representation of semantic ontology under dynamic management,which will be useful for the identification,early warning and treatment of the network group events.
