Countermeasure and Necessity of Energy Monitoring Service System

The key of energy conservation and energy consumption reduction in enterprises lies on the renovation of energy saving technology.Energy conservation monitoring is the necessary initial process in technological improvement of energy conservation.This paper analyzes the status of industrial energy utilization,energy saving,significations of energy monitoring system and energy saving potential of China.It is shown that energy monitoring service system is very effective for the energy saving,also there are many suggestions and measures offered for the government in order to save energy and reduce emission.
