Competence and Resource-Oriented Approaches to the Development of Digital Educational Resources

The article analyzes and highlights the implementation mechanisms of competence and resource-oriented approaches to the development of digital educational resources for the successful formation of digital competence of future bachelors in power engineering, electrical engineering, and electromechanics. It has been established that the competence approach to the development of digital educational resources for the formation of digital competence of future bachelors in power engineering, electrical engineering, and electromechanics leads to the improvement of the structure of digital educational resources. Ways of improvement are defined by a technological link: formulation of the purpose – ways of formation of digital competence – selection of the maintenance of training material. It is revealed that the resource-oriented approach to the development of digital educational resources for the formation of digital competence of future bachelors in electric power, electrical engineering, and electromechanics is focused on the concept of resource-oriented learning in higher education. It provides for the creation of a set of different types of digital educational resources in order to further their implementation in the educational process, encouraging teachers to improve the content of these digital educational resources) in combination with software applications and digital technologies. It is concluded that the integrated development of different types of digital educational resources taking into account competency and resource-oriented approaches improves the process of digital competence of future bachelors in electric power, electrical engineering, and electromechanics in distance learning based on the principles of flexibility, complexity, integration, dynamism, and openness.
