Uniting services in tissue viability care.

This article shows how two new NHS trusts are striving to provide a seamless service to their populations while maintaining their own identities. With the appointment of a clinical nurse specialist in tissue viability, the trusts are providing a more cost-effective and efficient service and are more willing to communicate and co-operate with each other.
