Benutzerzentrierte, graphische Interaktionsmetaphern für Fahrerinformationssysteme

Konventionelle, listenbasierte Menudarstellungen im automotiven Nutzungskontext bieten der typischerweise heterogenen Benutzergruppe kein adaquates konzeptuelles Interaktionsmodell. Zur Losung wird in dieser Arbeit fur die Erhohung der Attraktivitat und der Gebrauchstauglichkeit von Fahrerinformationssystemen ein graphischer, metaphernbasierter Ansatz fur eine benutzerzentrierte Bedienung entwickelt. Dreidimensionale Anzeige-/Bedienkonzepte sowie kartographische Reprasentationen groser Datenmengen und erklarende Animationen werden aus vertrauten alltaglichen Gegenstanden und deren physikalischen Eigenschaften abgeleitet. Eine Evaluierung der graphischen Ansatze erfolgt in Benutzerstudien bezuglich Attraktivitat, Gebrauchstauglichkeit und Vertraglichkeit mit der Fahraufgabe. Das Ergebnis weist eindeutige Vorteile und ein hohes Potenzial hinsichtlich der Herausforderungen fur Fahrerinformationssysteme nach.
