Design of Parallel Multi-channel Signal Generation Module Based on PXI Bus

In parallel test software design, task assignment and task schedule are hard to implement. In hardware design, the matrix switch is hard to control, and is poor in reliability. To solve such problems, we represent a method, which is PXI-based parallel multi-channel signal generation model. Using SOPC technology, we design and realize the parallel multi-channel signal generation module. By increasing the multi-channel incentives, the module reduces the difficulty of task assignment and task scheduling in parallel testing process, and provides assistance for realizing parallel automatic test system and upgrades the traditional automatic test system.
