Wakeup method, receiving end device and sending end device

Provided are a wakeup method, a receiving end device and a sending end device. The receiving end device comprises a main transceiver and a wakeup receiver (WUR). The method comprises: a receiving end device acquiring a target wake time (TWT); before the TWT, the receiving end device receiving a wakeup packet via a WUR; and the receiving end device keeping, according to information about a target receiving end device carried by the WUR, a main transceiver in a sleep state within the TWT, or waking up the main transceiver via the WUR within the TWT. The embodiments of the present application can reasonably schedule a wakeup state and a sleep state of a receiving end device.
