A modeling framework for hybrid systems

We present a modeling framework for hybrid system. In this paper, a hybrid system is a physical plant together with its hybrid control system. The physical plant is described with an hybrid model. The hybrid control system includes a discrete time controller, a discrete event controller and the necessary interface between the two. The proposed modeling framework is applicated to a tank-conveyer system.<<ETX>>
