Comparison and Voltage Dependence Measurement in Phase Angle Errors of Two Voltage Dividers

This paper describes the design and self-calibration in phase angle errors of the RVD with serial-parallel connection and IVD with cascade structure. The self-calibration results have been verified with a comparison experiment at frequencies up to 100 kHz. The voltage dependence in phase angle errors of the two voltage dividers has also been calibrated from 64 V to 300 V and the measurement results are presented.
