A New Correlation Tracking Method

A new correlation tracking algorithm is introduced,in which the grabbed image is segmented by multiple entropy thresholding and the noise is removed by mathematical morphology method.The correlation tracking algorithm based on correlation coefficient,is applied determine the position of the target.The results show that the algorithm overcomes the disadvantages of traditional correlation tracking effectively,the tracking algorithm has better matching precision and real time.
