Inverse design of impactors based on matlab

By using a mathematical model that impactors impact rods, the program of impactors inverse design based on MATLAB has been made according to the formulas derived from the proposed model. It were discussed that the method and probability of list - curve shaping to form impactors whose geometrical param- eters offered by the inverse design program. This will be helpful for impactors' combining CAD with NC op- eration or CAM. As an example, a designed impactor is given, which used in Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) set - up of Nanyang Technological University, School of Civil Structural Engineering.
