Um aspecto da subocupação por insuficiência de horas trabalhadas: a análise do desejo de trabalhar horas adicionais

The working time underemployment reflects the underutilization of productive capacity of the occupied labor force, so, it is related to the additional time people in this situation desire and are disposable to work during a reference period. This phenomenon could be computed by the working time people would be able to work in addition to working time effectively worked during the week. The main objective of this article is to describe the profile of occupied person who are not satisfied with working time because they consider this journey insufficient to person who are satisfied. In Brazilian literature, this phenomenon has not been analyzed yet. We want to answer the following questions: are there differences between regions? Working time underemployment is linked to income under the medium income? Is there a relation with poverty? Are there any groups more subjected to this situation or not?
