시뮬레이션을 통한 크롬도금 두께편차 최소화 연구

One of important factors of the corrosion of chromium plating on radiator grill is the uniformity of plating thickness. In order to improve uniformity of plating thickness on the whole radiator grill, three dimensional computer simulation have been carried out to figure out the correlation between plating thickness and shape of radiator grill, which grounds the finding of the parameters required to design the shape of it. This paper concludes with the necessity of computer simulation that can diminish defects of parts on making process and field claims without reducing the degree of freedom on shape design.
