열전달 해석을 통한 가정용 LED module의 방열특성 예측

Recently, household LED light has been used increasing by high color gamut and energy efficiency advantage. The efficiency of the household LED module depends on heat release capacity, which con be realized by heatsink design. This paper show process of heat transfer analysis to predict thermal efficiency of a household LED light module. For the resonable analysis, coefficients of heat transfer and thermal resistance each materials in the module(M-PCB, heatsink, etc.) were calculated though the thermal transfer test. Using obtained thermal properties, thermal analysis of household LED light is performed. And reliability of the analysis results were evaluated by comparison test result which is temperature distribution of the LED using a thermography camera.
