Handheld Video Rate Fluorescence Diffuse Optical Tomography

We developed a fiber-based video-rate fluorescence diffuse optical tomography that measures both fluorescence emission and reference transmission signals simultaneously. This design permits visualization of rapidly occurring physiological events in real time.
