On the Current Situation and Prospect of the Study of AIC

Chinese cuisine has long been considered a system with great complexity.Since it mainly involves manual skill in operation,there exist obscurity,experience dependence and some other external interferences.With the birth of AIC(Automatic Integrated Cooker),current situation has changed greatly and effectively,which lays a solid foundation for the standardization system establishment of Chinese cuisine,for the promotion of science connotation and for higher position of cuisine as a subject.
