Millimeter- and THz-wave photonics towards 100-Gbit/s wireless transmission

This paper describes our recent challenges for ultrahigh-speed wireless communications technologies using millimeter and terahertz waves. Instrument-limited 14-Gbit/s transmission has been demonstrated at 300 GHz.
