공기압축기 실린더 블록 고정나사 개선에 대한 연구

In this Study, the structural & Fatigue analysis has been conducted for the air compressor's Cylinder Fixing Screw. A purpose of this study is to look into a structural strength and safety factor at severe loading condition which is not intended and to compare original screw(1/4" UNC, Strength Grade2) with the recommended screw(M8, Strength grade 12.9). SolidWorks program is used for 3D shape modeling and ANSYSWORKBENCH V12.1 is used for Strength and Fatigue Analysis. To acquire the severe loading condition, Vibration and Pressure measurement test performed at bad alignment aircompressor.
