변속 알고리즘의 검증을 위한 실시간 시뮬레이션 프로그램과 변속제어기 인터페이스 개발

To verify the shift algorithm in TCU, it is necessary to test the real car or to experiment in tester jig. But these methods are very difficult, dangerous and time-consuming. For the purpose of replacing such empirical methods, the real time simulation programs, which evaluate the launching performance and the fuel economy of the passenger car, are developed using the internal clock of the computer. These programs are based on the mathematical models of an automatic transmission and are constructed in GUI circumstances. To make the TCU interface, which exchanges data between computer and TCU, the characteristics of all the input and output signals are analyzed. By using these programs and the interface, the shift algorithm in TCU can be verified efficiently. To confirm these programs with the interface, the simulation results with shift algorithm data and those with TCU interface are compared and analyzed.
