Modeling of voltage-fed Z-source inverter by switching functions

The paper builds a model of the voltage-fed Z-source inverter, gives the expressions such as the output voltage/current, the input current of the inverter (after Z-network), the currents flow through the inverter switches of Z-source inverter, and so on. These expressions could help us to comprehend the characteristics and features of Z-source inverter. Switching function method is used in the analysis. Simulation and experimental results testify the rationality of the analysis.
