Nonlinear modelling of differential amplifier circuit

This paper presents the nonlinear modelling of differential amplifier (DA) circuit. The paper presents derivation of Volterra series of differential amplifier using transistor nonlinearities and perturbation theory. MATLAB simulations demonstrate the usefulness of nonlinearity consideration. Derived expression can be used as a model for designing, simulation and analysis of new circuits in software like SIMULINK.
