Programmable Design and Implementation of Linear CCD Driving Circuit

Charge coupled device is a integrated semiconductor sensor which is used widely,through the analysis to structural principle and the driving schedule of linear CCD,VHDL and CPLD are used together to complete the programmable design of the driving circuit of Linear CCD TCD132D.The simulation results and experimental results show that the driving circuit to provide various driving schedule,hardware circuit is simple and applied,thus practical basis for implementation of linear ccd driver with simultaneously tunable integration time and frequency were provided.
