Influence of Thermal Stresses in Desulfurizing Lance by Material Capabilities

The working body temperature field and stresses field of desulfurizing lance has been dynamically simulated with the finite element software Ansys to show the dynamic thermal stresses distribution within lance in a duty cycle. The rule has been indicated with which the thermal stresses change in refractory layer by refractory material capabilities.
