ICA based remote sensing image classification algorithm and its use in land use/cover classification

Land cover/use is the basis for promoting the healthy and orderly urbanization, the planning and implementation of the monitoring is to ensure its implementation. Using highresolution satellite remote sensing images, we propose a method based on independent component analysis(ICA) and applied analysis of remote sensing image analysis of land cover/use. ICA has not need prior knowledge, it can be separated from the mixed signal feature the ability to source signal component and the high degree of mixing large volumes of data with strong remote sensing image processing capabilities, it can be isolated from different types of remote sensing data land cover information. Finally, the proposed method for 2000-2010 Shihezi area land cover data for research to reveal the type of land cover spatial distribution patterns, associated features and Internal Differences.
