Influence Factor Analysis of Enterprise IT Innovation Capacity Based on System Dynamics

Abstract Highly innovative information system is essential for enterprises to efficiently apply information so as to gain competitive advantage. To this end, aiming at increase IT innovation capacity, this paper studies the influence factors of IT innovation capacity. First, based on system dynamics, the influencing factors of enterprise IT innovation capacity are analyzed as well as the internal logic relationships among the factors. Then, the influencing factors’ system dynamics model of IT innovative capacity is established and Vensim PLE software is utilized to simulate the model. Finally, different quantitative tests are carried out and simulated on the university-industry cooperation, IT personnel and enterprise R&D investment. The simulation results show that university-industry cooperation, IT personnel and enterprise R&D investment have different effects on the development capability of IT system at different times, and the development capability of IT system plays an indirect role between IT resources and IT innovation capacity, and it is excavated by the internalization of IT resources. The study is significant for enterprises to accelerate the formation of IT innovation capacity.
