Algorithm of moving vehicle position recognition based-on binary differential image

Image processing and pattern recognition technology are used together to solve the real-time problem in moving vehicle reco-gnition.The vehicle image processing method is given.An algorithm of moving vehicle position recognition based-on binary differential image is proposed.Little characteristic area matching method is adopted to recognize vehicle position in this algorithm,which greatly reduced the amount of calculation and improved the speed of recognition.The simulation experiment demonstrated that if the position and angle of camera shooting are fixed,the vehicle position is recognized accurately by the algorithm,with high recognizing speed.
