Clinicopathological characteristics of mammary Paget’s disease: A single‐center 25‐year experience in Korea

More than 95% of Mammary Paget's disease (MPD), a breast cancer with intraepidermal infiltration of neoplastic cells, had an underlying breast malignancy.1,2 We evaluated clinicopathological characteristics of 69 MPD patients. Cases without underlying cancers were separately analyzed. Histopathologically diagnosed patients were selected following the review of a retrospective chart in a university hospital (Seoul, Korea) between 1995 and 2019. We collected data on age, sex, marital status, onset, size of lesion and location, history of breast cancer, familial history, symptoms and signs, treatment, and survival outcome.
