The invention provides a multi-channel synchronous data acquisition card for a PC-104 embedded navigation computer, being capable of synchronously performing data acquisition in four channels, and being composed of an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), a signal conditioning circuit, four 18-bit AD, three data latches and the like. Conversion control of the four AD converters is performed by the same path signals provided by the FPGA, so that synchronism of sampling conversion can be ensured. After the sampling conversion process, the data is stored in an FIFO (first in, first out) integrated in the FPGA, and the data is read based on an interruption mode through a PC/104 bus in time division so as to finish the whole data acquisition process. The multi-channel synchronous data acquisition car solves a problem of asynchronous property of AD conversion signals in a multi-channel sampling process, has high conversion precision, and can randomly set an acquisition card address in a certain range, so that application foreground is wide.
