The Vector Control for High-power Asynchronous Traction Motor

The basic principle of vector control is established based on steady-state model of asynchronous motor, however motor parameters vary greatly in real-time operation, which affects greatly the performance of the control system.Because the closed loop can resist to parameter varication, this paper designs multi-closed loops of the rotational speed, current and flux, adopts deviation voltage decoupling which little depends on parameters, and compensates and corrects the conventional calculation of rotor flux. The theoretical analysis shows that this system effectively reduces the bad effect of the parameters variation, and quickly responds to the dynamic-state process of motor operating. The matlab simulation indicates that this control system has the advantages of high precision,real-time and can reduce the bad effect of the parameters variation.
