Paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia showing fusion with reciprocal ventricular beats.

A case is described of ventricular tachycardia with 2 to I retrograde ventriculo-atrial conduction, ventricular reciprocal beats, and fusion between the latter and the ectopic ventricular focus. The use of oesophageal and intra-atrial leads during ventricular tachycardia
