Design and introduction of high power transfer system for electrical vehicles

KAIST has been developing wireless power charging technology for electric bus and other vehicles, which is divided into two parts, that is, power supply and pick-up systems. In this paper, we proposed wireless power charging system for electric vehicle, especially train and the related some design methods are suggested in this paper. Furthermore, applicability our system is verified through some experimental results at the laboratory set-up and was applied the actual vehicle after some modifications.
