Analysis and Application of the Tool Motion in Five-axis NC Simulation

In the process of Five-axis CNC Simulation,in order to obtain the tool movement path,we need a series of complex kinematic transformation.However,in the generation process of tool path and the tool movement process,owing to the large surface curvature or step length and the impaction of rotation,it is possible that the larger error may emerge in the machining process.Therefore,by analyzing and controlling the error,the machining curved surface which has high quality can be obtained.The paper analyses the transformation of Machine Tool Kinematics,and then gives the changes of machine movement and the tool movement.At the same time,the way of error analyzing and improved measures on the basis of generated error in the machining process were proposed.Finally,the simulation example was given.
