AREA EXTRACTION OF LICENSE PLATES USING AN ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK

This paper proposes a method for extracting license plate regions by using a neural network that is trained to output the license plate's center of gravity. Focus is on the relationship that learning patterns have in neural networks.
