Strengthen User-Friendly Library Service

This paper is primarily concerned with problems in providing reader services to library users,particularly the inadequacy of friendly service to readers who are unfamiliar with the operating systems.It points out that on top of profes- sional proficiency,a smiling face and a warm heart often add an emotional dimension to the quality of library services.
