Short Circuit Fault Current Detection and Rapid Breaking Actuator Technologies of Low Voltage Distribution System

This paper introduced the harm of short circuit fault and analyzed the current research of identification method of the short circuit fault in low voltage distribution system.Especially,the technical characteristics of a variety of identification methods of short circuit fault were analyzed.The rapid breaking actuator technologies of low voltage distribution system were summarized.This paper presents the principle and tendency of integrated electrical technology used in the early stage of breaking fault in distribution system.The technology can extract short circuit fault feature in distribution system effectively with the rapid breaking actuator.
