Blast furnace temperature predictive control based on the uncertain stair-like DMC

In order to forecast the development of the current temperature truly,the impaction of uncertainties about the actual blast furnace temperature control system and the shortcoming that predictive control algorithm needs complex matrix operation were fully considered.Based on the stair-like DMC,one kind of predictive control algorithm was proposed and used in an uncertain control system of blast furnace temperature.The result of simulation test shows that the predictive control algorithm can make a correct prediction of the current temperature,and it has the advantages of good stability,which implies that this control approach is effective for improving the accuracy of the blast furnace temperature control.
