Studies on the incentive mechanism of TMT tacit knowledge sharing behavior:analysis based on multi-task principal-agent model

TMT builds up reasonable tacit knowledge sharing behavior incentive mechanism.It can enhance the organizational capacity of response and innovation.This paper uses the multi-task principal-agent model to analyze the sharing behavior and puts forward some mechanism design metheds,builds a reasonable tacit knowledge sharing behavior compensatory strategies,adjusts team members' interests,makes the team members expect the knowledge sharing positive effects to realize the tacit knowledge flow,transformation,sharing and innovation.
