Recursos humanos como fator-chave para o desenvolvimento do agribusiness nacional: o caso da engenharia de produção agroindustrial

This paper analyses changes in agribusiness professionals skills related to the process of production globalization. It is based on a field research carried out in 467 agrifood-industry organizations and discusses some behavioral changes in the current supply of professionals in this field, particularly with the recent entering (in the market place) of agribusiness production engineers graduated at Federal University of Sao Carlos.
