Automatic Quality Control of Processes in the Online Educational Environment

The concept of an educational online platform is proposed. A technology has been developed to control the quality of information resources. Evaluation of the quality of processes is carried out on the basis of comparing the likelihood ratio with a threshold that depends on losses in making right or false decisions and a priori probabilities of hypotheses. The calculation of losses when making decisions according to the Neumann-Pearson criterion for equal mean values and unequal variances of the results of observations was carried out. The solutions obtained are implemented in the system of computer definition of acquired competencies.
