The invention discloses a method and a device for processing uplink inter-cell interference. The method comprises the following steps that: a base station distributes resource blocks for a terminal, wherein the resource blocks are applied to the terminal to transmit uplink data; according to the resource blocks, the transmitting power of the terminal is calculated; and the base station receives the uplink data transmitted by the terminal using the transmitting power. By the method and the device, the uplink inter-cell interference intensity can be reduced under the condition of guaranteeing the uplink performance of the base station.
