Flexible Measurement System for the Analysis of Human Auditory Deficits

The paper deals with a system developed to analyze human Auditory Evoked Potentials for health screening purposes. It offers the possibility to generate different stimuli and to perform various procedures referred to different types of evoked potential. The system has been assembled by combining traditional devices (i. e. signal generator, oscilloscope) and ad-hoc designed ones (i.e. calibrated amplifiers and attenuators). The implemented software has been developed with Labviewcopy and offers suitable routines for the optimization of stimuli generation and data acquisition, providing advanced algorithms to perform signal analysis and post-processing.
